Frequently Asked Questions
Why an interior designer?
Using a designer not only saves on time, but it can save on cost as well.  A
designer will use their talent and skill in space planning, color, texture, and
communication to provide the client with the perfect room for the clients needs and
desires.  The designer will give options and ideas to save the client time    from
shopping and possibly making the wrong purchase.

How does a designer charge for their services?
There are many ways a designer charges for their services.  It starts with an initial
consultation at that time the designer will recommend which fee         structure they'd
recommend for your project.  They usually offer the following: Fee Based, By the
Hour, Cost Plus, Hourly and Cost Plus, Retail/Commission, or a combination of these

What if I don't like what the designer chooses?
It is the designers duty and responsibility to give you the room of your desires. A
designer is able to see out what you really want through the interview process as well
as being a good listener.  But, you have to be an active participant in the process as
well.  The result of this type of collaboration is limitless.

At what point should I hire a designer?
The designer should be brought in as early in the process as possible.  This will
help to prevent any costly errors or emissions if you are doing a new build or remodel.
If buying a home, your designer can do a walk through to help with how you will live in
the home and how you will use it.  If designing or decorating your home, again early, is
    always the best.
